Refund & Dispute Policy

Protecting Users and Lerynova Technologies in Paid Voting Events

1. Payment & Refunds +
  • All paid votes, nomination forms, and other transactions are processed directly through the event organizer’s payment account via our secure third-party payment provider, Paystack. Lerynova Technologies does not receive or hold these funds.
  • Refunds are managed solely by the event organizer. Lerynova can assist in facilitating communication between users and organizers in the case of platform-related technical issues, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds.
  • Refunds may be requested only in cases of technical errors on the LeryVote platform (e.g., duplicate charges due to platform malfunction), double payments, or other proven system-related errors. Refund requests must include proof of transaction and a detailed explanation, and be submitted within 7 days of payment.
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Changes of mind
    • Participant disputes or disagreements between voters and organizers
    • Mistakes in voting, such as accidentally entering more votes than intended, because the platform supports multiple votes per user and all votes are final once submitted
  • All matters related to vote count disputes or accidental voting must be resolved directly with the event organizer.
2. Dispute Resolution +
  • Any dispute regarding votes, results, or payments should first be reported to LeryVote via support@lerynovatechnologies.com.
  • LeryVote will investigate disputes and make determinations based on platform records.
  • Decisions made by LeryVote regarding payments and refunds are final and binding.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy in submissions and payments.
3. Platform Limitation Disclaimer +

LeryVote provides a technology platform for event voting and does not control the content, nominees, or organizers. We are not liable for disputes arising from event conduct or outcome.

Users agree that Lerynova Technologies is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to paid voting.

4. User Responsibility +
  • Ensure Accuracy: Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all vote selections, nomination forms, and payment details before submitting. Once submitted, all votes and transactions are final.
  • No Refunds for User Errors: Accidental over-voting, incorrect entries, or other mistakes made by the user do not qualify for refunds, as the platform allows multiple votes per user.
  • Platform Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate the system, including fraudulent voting, vote tampering, or unauthorized access, may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
  • Dispute Resolution: Users agree to resolve all disputes or concerns directly with the event organizer using the platform’s communication channels before seeking external remedies.
  • Compliance with Platform Rules: Users must follow all LeryVote rules, event guidelines, and any instructions provided by the organizer.
5. Changes to this Policy +

Lerynova Technologies may update this Refund & Dispute Policy at any time. Continued use of paid voting services constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
